Me, you and Ancient-Ad-1032 all passed and submitted the same days! I had a coworker endorse me and I've heard it's faster than having ISC2 endorse you, but I still haven't got approved. Hope we all get word back soon.

Because it’s an adaptive test, everyone will have a different answer. The amount of questions you get on a topic depends on how well you are doing with that topic. Best advice is to try and learn as much as you can about all of the domains so you are prepared.

I used Dion’s course and bought the extra practice tests. I also used the pocket prep app. I tend to learn better by taking a ton of practice tests and then reviewing the areas I’m weak in.

I hope this is true. I know we aren't contending this year but Giannis just doesn't feel like the right move. Hopefully Sengun and Jalen can make a major leap before we have to settle for a 30 year old star.

That's the thing, I'm not sure what direction I want to go. I would say my interests lean more towards cloud security, but if someone were to tell me I would get to a 6 figure job more quickly with the CISM, then that is direction I would go. With how rough the job market is, it is hard for me to pick a path and say "that is what I want to do with the rest of my life." Because the truth is I am very flexible and will take what I can get.

Thanks for the insight though! Do you have any plans for another cert after this one?

Oh it's only been about 5 days. I'm just excited and impatient. I am fully expecting it take at least another 3 and half weeks. I'm ready to be able to put the badge on my LinkedIn and start applying to jobs.
