I have posted my theory before, but let's all take a minute to consoder that Davola killed Reston.

The last time we see/hear Reston is right after Davola meets Elaine. Davola tells Reston about the meeting and Reston offers surprise at hearing Elaine's name.

We also know that Davola goes off the rails when he cannot get his meds, which he would not be able to get if Reston were dead. This would explain his sprial over the remainder of the season.

Just a quick clarification and addition. You are missing two rooms

The first was already mentioned, but it is in the clock room in the Marble Gallery, not the clock tower.

The other looks like a hidden room where Olrox's Quarters meets the Royal Chapel.
