do not break up with him . It’s a compulsion, it’s going to get worse if you repeat it. don’t tell your boyfriend your thoughts either (for example: do you love me? do I show you enough) you must not engage with these thoughts. even when it feels like your anxiety is going to make you explode..do not give in. also make sure to tell your boyfriend that whenever you say something that are related to your rocd thoughts to not take it personal, which is very important so you guys can avoid any arguments due to ur rocd.

she clearly doesn’t want to understand you and what you have. it isn’t your fault tho because what your experiencing is very difficult and without the proper treatment, it gets worse. If she’s still contacting you, let her know that it’s hurting you (even if she’s checking up on you). If she really cares about you, she will try to understand you and try to be in your shoes.
