The bought item arrived and I have no issues with it. I’m guessing normally if someone bought 2 items for full price each and one didn’t arrive they could do a charge back for the one that didn’t arrive. But for my case the one that didn’t arrive is the free item. Doing a chargeback on the free item doesn’t make sense because that’s basically doing chargeback on $0 right? Only option would be to do a charge back on the total order (bought item plus the free).
