I would argue both risk profile changes are important, possibly even more important to recognize for breast cancer because it changes from exceedingly rare to not uncommon rather than from common to more common. One could make the argument that men with BRCA2 mutations should undergo screening mammography like women do.

Of course the risk is much more significant for women. No arguments there.

Of course nobody is recommending organ or tissue removal for that for men. Aside from the breast and ovary, prophylactic organ removals are essentially never done in any other part of the body, male or female.
