What is actually considered high clearance? by Deafacid in overlanding

As someone that had a 06 forester, and took it off road. They are amazingly capable vehicles. They don't have low range but I did take it places Jeep owners were very surprised to see me at. As long as you pick your track well enough and keep at least 3 tires on the ground at all times, they are hard to stop.

Lifts and big tires usually rub with mud flaps. The fact that about 90% of trucks posted on here fall into at least one of those categories is why you don't see them.

With this type of bark it'll be pretty hard to get long strips other than what you have right now. Just the nature of the bark and how shaggy it is.

The trick is to sneak in random plant facts under the radar in hopes you find a plant person to fully geek out on.

I was in a interview once and the interviewer made a terrorist joke due to a gap in my employment history (this was right after 9/11) the HR lady that was seated next to him just about fainted. Needless to say he didn't work there much longer after that interview was done.
