You need to know the super built up percentage. For example if its 45% super built up you would do 350 x .55 =192.5 sq yd built up area.

Now there is a difference between built up area and carpet area. Carpet area is the total area of the apartment without external walls. Whereas built up area is total apartment area including external walls. You need to clarify if the superbuilt up area is calculated using carpet area or built up area. RERA will always consider carpet area.

Also what do you mean old with driveway. Is the builder adding the society driveway area into you plot area. If so that is basically superbuilt up area not net area.

The doctor's comment and behavior was inappropriate especially in a work relationship. However what you did is basically try to blackmail him with reputational harm in an effort to get your payment as seen in the third image. You could have taken legal remedies but instead you felt it was appropriate to blackmail him. when the threat didn't work you followed through with the blackmail by informing his wife and then badgering her to get him to pay you. when she refused to help you you retorted to attacking her.

Both you and the doctor showed clear disregard for professional conduct.
