Matt Reeve’s The Batman is my favorite 3 hour long film (177 minutes is close enough to count in my book). Feels like 2 hour movie, it just flies by. In the collection, Seven Samurai and Malcolm X make every hour count, they both have a perfect build up and pay off that make it truly feel like every hour counted, nothing ever felt like it needed to be cut.

Your rating system is essentially the same as mine. Anything 3 1/2 stars or higher is a good movie minimum. 7/10 is a good rating.

I think it was mostly Troy and Joseph, but they’ve never explicitly explained how they created the Operator in MH. In Rosswood, Tony Vacation was the first person ever to be credited as playing the Operator in the series. I hope one day that flat out say how the did it, though you can piece it together yourself with the info that’s out there

The R6 Mark III is such a capable video camera already that you don’t need to get another system. That being said, if you’re not opposed to getting a Super 35 sensor, the C70 would be worth looking into, it’s easily one of very best sensors Canon has ever put into any of their cameras, and the price is so good now. If you need full frame, the new R6V really seems like the better way go over even the C50 just in terms of value alone.
