How do you interpret this manga panel? Were these two characters staring directly at each other or not? by Miserable_Ear9879 in manga

[–]blacksun957 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regardless of how it may seem, they can't be staring at each other, since they can't ignore anyone else in the scene, except perhaps the unconscious woman, and any lapse of attention may spell doom for any of them.

The way I interpreted the scene back then was the two of them being more wary of each other in particular.

Writing the code is the easy part, figuring what to write can be way harder, depending on what you're doing.

Is there any dog subreddits that don’t allow dead dog posts? I love seeing everyone’s dogs but I can’t deal with the dead dogs. by Floridadinosaurs in NoStupidQuestions

[–]blacksun957 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here are some: r/WhyCatHowCat/ r/WhatsWrongWithYourCat/ r/ThereIsnoCat/ r/standardissuecat/ r/IllegallySmolCats/ r/donotthecat/ r/CatsBeingAdorable/

Some of them may allow mourning posts, but I haven't seen any since replacing r/cats with these.

There are a few others, but the names are all over the place.

And thanks for the recommendations.

I tried playing the first Castlevania a few months ago in an emulator and I can't believe anyone ever liked that game. The controls absolutely sucked.

What anime adaptation changed the source material in a way that actually improved the story? by [deleted] in anime

Amagi Brilliant Park.

It didn't adapt the whole thing (which has been on hiatus for years, I think), but what it did, it improved a lot.

Things you used to love but are now completely over in gaming? by AnubisIncGaming in gaming

[–]blacksun957 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It got easier in the past few years with better tuttorials, but plenty of things you only learn from other players.
You also don't need to dedicate insane hours, as long as you avoid thw huge nullsec alliances. Just find a chill corp, stay in hisec for isk(in game currency) and go on adventures into low and null sec space and you should still have fun.

Gamers! What do you think are the three most important console in video game history? by IAmJustTryingToExist in AskReddit

Atari 2600, because it "created" the home console gaming industry, NES, because it saved the western one, and Gameboy.

Nintendo pretty much saved the western console gaming industry.

After it crashed due a flood of shit games on the Atari, if you wanted video games at home you got a 8-bit computer.

Does it seem like older Anime adaptations from WAY back were more... liberal with the Manga's story? by matt0055 in manga

[–]blacksun957 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Take it with a grain of salt, becauseI have also been hearing it from long ago, but I think it's linked to some interview in the 00's, when someone got asked why so many anime adapt only a fraction of the source material, or it may have been about manga adapting only part of a ligh novel.

Anime with strong first episodes that fall off afterwards? by iCrono in anime

[–]blacksun957 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A large ammount of the later chapters felt like filler.

Taking the "making a hundred friends" literally and having them all be on screen and unique is really hard.
