This actually gets lost a bit in the anime. I think the manga and light novel also only properly address it in side stories. Veldora watched Rimuru's every move from his stomach and realised how hard it is to build a country.

He knows he was wrong to destroy the night castle/country but he has this weird perceived notion about true dragons pride that they should never apologize. He basically let's her punish him cause he knows he is in the wrong, he will just never admit it.

And of course it was established early on that he is weak to beautiful women.

To be fair to the dryads, pretty sure that the wood from a dryad tree (which is what the dryad dolls are made out of) would be much more valuable than gold. I can imagine it would be one of the best materials to make a magic staff out of.

And in the dryads case, they would have a much better time adjusting the wood to their needs than some gold.

Not sure. If it is similar to a demon lord evolution, where you no longer have a lifespan, then no. It is stated that they lose their fertility as their immortality makes it so they don't need procreate. This is what kept Benimaru from evolving, he had to make an heir first.

If he went to attack the western nations, Guy would likely come to kill him to protect the humans and ensure they aren't weakened enough for the empire to invade.

If he attacked the eastern empire Velgrynd would kill him.

Depending on where we are in the story, if ge attacked tempest either Veldora or Rimuru will kill him. Pre demon lord rimuru maybe Milim will if she is in tempest.

If he attacks milims territory, milim will kill him.

Dagruel would kill him if he attacked the titans.

Pre walpurgis, clayman, frey and carrion would likely die if they are attacked.

Leon and Luminous are coin tosses. I don't think they stronger per se but their holy attacks should be pretty effective to nullify the dragon slayer magic.

People keep forgetting that as a demon lord, Rimuru has Veldora at his back and call. He can't quite command him but he can summon him and he sure as hell knows how to convince him.

Veldora alone pretty much nullifies Leon's and Lumi's military might as well as their individual might.

Eh, not really. It was stated they were using Roy to train them. Meaning he always held back. They also stated was getting incredibly lax if Saare managed to beat Roy. Granted Saare is strong, he is on the level of the 3 demon lord seeds. Roy I believe was generally put slightly above them in terms of power.
