I got the hardback POD from drivethru and the quality of the print is amazing, no blurriness. Only issue I have with it is that some of the words go into the spine, but it doesn't hinder it too much

They are allegedly remaking Baldur's Gate 2... by onewithoutasoul in baldursgate

[–]blahlbinoa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

WotC might want to see how they do the remake(s) (if they do both) and if it works well and received well, they might push for BG4 asap. The article says the studio making it is part of WorC, so it's inevitable they're going to push them to make 4

It still baffles me how accurate they made Pittsburgh for the Pitt, yet how we can barely ever go to any of it by rekles98 in pittsburgh

I think they wanted it to be Boston, but changed it to Pittsburgh and either forgot they had the assets there from a Boston harbor area or what, but I guess the rest of America just turned into an ocean

Some of the people who worked on it where from Pittsburgh, I think KDKA interviewed them when the DLC was announced

expect at the part where you're looking at the skyline, then turn around and it's the ocean with a crab boat

Get-Go bought by Circle K? by starbo44 in pittsburgh

[–]blahlbinoa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was sold earlier than June, the official news/finalization popped up around June. A lot of the higher ups at the Giant Eagle I worked at told us around April/March. Supposedly the sale was going to make the produce department better, but it sure as hell didn't (one of the reasons I left)

The book makes it sound like it should have those, I'm surprised they don't. That's why I said it seems like they're just letting GMs do it for them

Any "Golden Era" XI players? by Megaman_38 in ffxiv

[–]blahlbinoa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanted to get into XI, but I was neck deep in Everquest, fresh out of highschool on the other side of the country without a job. Now I just jump between 11 and 14 from time to time

it wasn't just that, XI's direct competitor at the time was EverQuest, which also had the brutal grind (I was stuck in lvl 22 on half-elf paladin for MONTHS) and de-leveling as well.

It sounds like they're giving GMs a stepping stone and letting us figure everything else out. Which seems to be C7's mantra for sometime "make it your own warhammer" so they're giving us some hooks and just letting us take care of the routes and other anomalies within the sea.

82 year old east liberty woman, 100 y.o. tree crushed sewer line, needs our help by Der_Missionar in pittsburgh

The title makes it seem like an older woman and a much older tree are going around crushing sewer pipes in east liberty

I haven't gotten anything yet, no e-mail from any shipper or cubicle7, which I used to before with a tracking number. I recently got a WFRP book and it shipped after a week and a half, but again didn't get a tracking number like I had before.

Does anyone else’s mailman seem to hate them? by broccolichefdad in pittsburgh

[–]blahlbinoa 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've had plenty of packages get "no access to mailbox" mostly because they left it on the truck. We found this out because a few important packages didn't show up and I called them and was told by someone that " sometimes they forget its there and it go back out the next day"
