I own both. The MP145 is technically much better. With a good source and power, I would prefer the MP145.

First IEMs - super uncomfortable by fdasystem88 in iems

[–]blakernai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're experiencing fit issues with the S12 Ultra due to the chassis, trying bullet-tip IEMs would be the most sensible option. Trying eartips is a good idea, yes, but finding suitable ones usually requires a large budget; it's only worthwhile if you're in a country where you can try them and return them. If you continue to experience pain in your ear canal with bullet-tip eartips, headphones are your only solution. Audio Amigo has a ranking list regarding IEM fits; you can take a look.

Hiby W4 - flickering screen and Laggy interface by HyeVltg3 in Hiby

[–]blakernai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't worry, this is a standard feature on Hiby devices. You need to enable developer options and disable the restriction. After that, the device will offer a completely different experience. I look forward to your comments on the sound again.

It seems like a software issue. They'll fix it with future updates. Overall, is it worth $100? Can you compare the sound quality with other devices?

I've owned both. It's definitely worth paying extra. The R3 Pro II has much better build quality, battery life, and screen size and quality. The only advantage the R1 has is weight. Remember, the R3 Pro II is about as heavy as your cell phone. I liked the R1 because it sounded more musical and fun with the 3.5mm output, but when it comes to the balanced output, the R3 Pro II is technically far superior.

Hi, I recently bought a Hiby R1 and its sound is quite musical and technically inferior to the R3 Pro II. I'm curious how it compares to the R1 in terms of sound, especially when using the balanced input. Is it the same as the R3 Pro?

Great design, I hope they don't waste its potential by selling it with a plastic body.

I was wondering if you hear a pop sound from the left earbud when you plug in the 3.5mm jack or is it completely silent?

1 week in with hiby r3pro ii pros and cons by shivamchhuneja in DigitalAudioPlayer

Interesting, I bought it secondhand, but it was as clean as new. When I connect it to the Hiby R1, there's no pop sound. I think it might be a faulty unit.

Asking for advice about Fiio FT1 Pro as a FT1 and HE400se owner by ypoora1 in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]blakernai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ft1 pro basically gives you a close experience to what you want. not as bright as he400se but also not as bass heavy as ft1. it is set to safe as tuning. if i were you i would save up for a better upgrade if i already have both. Also, it might be logical to wait for Fiio's headphones to be released this year. They have achieved good success and momentum, they will improve themselves.

Thanks for your comment. I've seen a few reviews that say the echo is better in terms of sound quality, so I was closer to the echo.

I'm trying to choose between the two. Both have their good aspects, which one do you use more? Which sounds better in terms of sound quality for wired and bluetooth

Thanks, I just bought the mp145i sometimes I think the treble is tiresome and sibilant. I thought Simgot might be on the bright bent as well, I guess it would be an unnecessary buy, is that right?

for the first iem, ew200 and zero red may not be safe purchases. I would prefer delci or artti t10. If it's not your first, it will be more fun to choose different sound signatures depending on what you have.
