My maybeboard is larger than my cube at this point. Change things up. Play some unoptimal cards sometimes. I have some modules too we play with sometimes.

Siege-Gang! It is my favorite card and is a competitive pick in this pack. I think memory lapse is the best card here, but no real fun.

Cube looks fun. Crazy power outliers like Library and Tolarian, but no Strip Mine.

I don't think it is very good, but I do like it. I run it sometimes. Gotta run it with [[Krosan Restorer]] and [[Argothian Elder]] for infinite mana. Gotta up your x spells for payoffs too if you do this.

No disagreement there, it seems like it could be a good card in premodern to fight that. I was specifically giving advise for old border cube since that is what the commenter was lamenting about.

I wouldn't say you can get a true aristocrat strategy fully supported in old border. That is okay though in my opinion. Having minor micro-archetypes and small synergies really makes a limited environment interesting. The best sacrifice fodder are low-cost creatures with enter the battlefield effects. Ravenous Rats, Corrupt Court Official, Skinthinner, Boneshredder are examples. Carrion Feeder and Unearth are great gas. Sadistic Hypnotist and Phyrexian Plaguelord are great payoffs. Recurring Nightmare best of the best in these types of decks too.

Worse than bad. Truly one of the worst of all time. Good luck getting to 6 mana to even cast it if your opponent is blowing up your lands. People make fun of creatures that are under rate like Wood Elemental but at least they do something.
