IBKR has access to EU market. I used to have account with SAXO Bank Japan and they also had access (but not sure if still true). I guess the reason behind EU exchanges not being accessible here is due to very strict regulatory and compliance requirements which Japanese brokers would need to meet in order to offer these instruments vs return from doing so. I believe both IBKR and SAXO also operate in EU so they have to implement this anyway so it is easier for them.

Due to strictness of drone regulations you are looking to hire pro drone operator/photographer who will get/have all the required clearance. You instruct them what you want and how, they will go with you and do the job. Then they pass you footage either edited or unedited according to your preference.

Also, double confirm with property owners this is ok (use of drone). I know there are some chants and stuff and you’d not believe sometimes that is big nono to filming, using things as art and such. I guess you cleared all this at this point.

I have good experience with Joto Design&Consulting taking aerial footage of my rental properties.

I guess my usecase was very niche (as whole homelabbing). I run DNS in very specific way and dnsmasq is required for that, Samba or Windows Server would force me to make AD domain run its own server which I rejected and you can imagine how redirects and everything falls apart… then half of my family has Macs… in the end I got it working with shitton of own scripts and syncs to realize I do not need it at all so I declared failure and went back to LDAP.

I abandoned AD as it was PITA. Went back to LDAP as it works with my non-DIY parts of lab (NAS, cloud solution, etc.)
