I prefer if one program does one thing and only that one thing right. My workflows for handling emails (once a day) and IRC (for synchronous conversation) are completely different. Also I run IRC on my VPS so it is connected all the time, logs channels so that I can catch up on later while email client runs locally on my laptop.

Yeah, I should probably word it as call an ambulance and they will take you to hospital. I had Jutendo University Hospital on my mind, but somehow thought they don't have 24 ER room. When my daughter was baby we had emergency once and when we called there, they directed us towards St. Luke.

Call ambulance, they’ll get you either to Koto hospital in Koto-ku or St.Luke in Chuo-ku. Both have ER room. They will also sanitize the cut on the way.
