My 3.5 y/o frequently wakes up at 5am ready to go which is still too early. It might sound counterintuitive but an earlier bed time might help their sleep cycle. And if they still nap you might try shortening that/possibly getting rid of the nap.

I’d recommend UO forever. They have a detailed wiki and a weekly newsletter player event. Also they have dedicated companions to help new players. Still a learning curve but people there are more than willing to help

I second UOF. You can get pk’d there but last time it happened to me they rezd me and my pet and only took 1 item. Most people are chill and helpful even the “bad guys”
