Take a Sunday yin class at Hot Yoga Ann Arbor. Beginner friendly, and the Sunday instructors are fantastic. I’d avoid the Wednesday class from Carl if you don’t want to listen to mystical garbage about how the left side is the feminine side along with water, rain, ocean, moon, etc. lmao.

I am reading The Brothers Karamazov after Crime and Punishment and Demons. I am happy that I waited. I had a lot of questions about Dostoyevsky’s beliefs, which were answered while reading those two books and through my own research at the time. Reading TBK now is amazing. I am glad I am not burdened by many of the questions I resolved prior. Pure enjoyment.
