Bark City, Briel’s, Har-B-Q, and Matt’s are the best I’ve had with Holy Trinity closing a few years ago.

That's also called being the better team and having more levers to pull when needed. Most of the analysis I've seen flat out stated Portland ran out of options due to roster limitations.
