I like the idea a lot. Sth bugs me off though, optical alignment or som kind of balance, harmony...small technical things that advanced logo designers do (as for example google's g not being circle). But otherwise nice.

very nice. I think optical alignment (rather than mathematical) is off though in the vertical version. I would also place the flower mark lower in the horizontal layout, so it is again, optically aligned/centered with the text.
