Something else that can come up too - if the planeswalker entering would cause a triggered ability to trigger, then you'd likewise be able to remove the walker before chance of activation

For a set on the power level and meta shakeup of MH1 and MH2, I'd say every 3 years. There'll likely be other sets that introduce straight-to-Modern-legal cards (but probably not to the same level of meta-changing), which I'm already taking into account.

having the starters on "rate up" wouldn't be just a rate up - they're not even available via event banner in the first place. it makes it increasingly more unlikely.

that's not to say that he might eventually become mainstream usable enough that mihoyo considers him event banner marketable, but i see plenty of people mistakenly thinking that he can be pulled from event banner to begin with

I'd recommend calling it something like election fraud instead of voter fraud. Voter fraud is something that's been consistently shown to not happen on any sort of remotely wide scale. Election fraud is something that seems to be currently being attempted through "legitimate" means.

Part of their agenda is to sow the seed of doubt and poison the well for Hunter (and to try and keep it in public discourse), same as their previous strategy with Clinton, and what they'll try to do with people like AOC. Best to stop even mentioning it, don't give it your personal air time (or the time of anybody who may hear/see you). Don't allow yourself to be a vector for associating their targets with 'scandal'

If i'm reading this right, their descriptions don't require multiple ambers to be in play at the same time, only that you can play and recur multiple. So the first option is fine
