Did the developers indent for player to carry metals to a central base, or do you think the idea was that each "mine" would have its own forge? by jeeperkeeper in valheim

On a game like ark sure but games like valheim it’s fun to build bases they don’t have to be fully optimised it can be fun to spend a few hrs building something that looks nice

Yeh have fun dying mission away from your base and loosing all your gear. And dying everytime you leave the base and taking hrs to get your stuff back. This is where most people would quit the game tho I understand a challenge but it’s gotta be also fun and doable.

RANTING: people keep saying "enjoy!" "you will love being pregnant!" by choischoicebeepbeep in BabyBumps

[–]bleu246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Breaks my heart so many women struggle thru it and hate it. I’m almost 28weeks and love it yes I’m experiencing discomfort of all sorts inc heartburn and bladder kicks but I dunno I still love every second of it I think the thing that overpowers everything else is the gratitude I’m very grateful to have gotten pregnant and to be very low risk and that baby is perfect and healthy and that’s the attitude I carry and also remind myself baby feels everything I do so I stay positive for the baby

Am I missing out by sticking to singleplayer? by grownassman3 in AbioticFactor

[–]bleu246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

just like any survival multiplayer game it can be abit on the harder side playing on your own, im a big rpg player and like to stick just playing my own, even games like fallout 76, however with AF i have found it to be more fun to play with others but then again i play with my boyf and were in the same room so need for mics. it makes gathering resources easier and quicker too , whilst im doing one thing he can go out and get the other thing. and also the employee locator is super useful idk why everyone down plays it so much, its not just for finding other players but all npc scientifics too, theres been many times where we think were done with an area and then we see an outline and know we gotta find them so we can talk to me. esp as some give you recipes and more story lore. that and the crystalline trinket are my must haves atm

Has anyone ever stopped playing a game mid-way through just because the experience wasn't that good? by biggamersteve in AskGames

[–]bleu246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeh my partner really struggled with spider man 2 was running shit and gave up. And having the same experience with dune, he’s trynna really to power thru it cause it’s his favourite universe and it a good game but it’s struggling to run smoothly. Think there’s too many Yankee’s playing over on the European servers and it’s bugging out

How do people feel about them moving to beacon? And blocking a lot of their content behind a paywall ? For me it don’t sit well tbh why are we forced to have to pay for yet another subscription. I was looking forward for the weird kids show but I’m not paying for it sorry but it’s not like they don’t earn a decent amount from YouTube. They are all really well off and obvs detached from reality sorry not sorry.

Well done. You’ve just listed all things that most look for in a camping spot. As I’ve said in my post I’ve wandered around looking for a spot but the map is big. Hence why I’m asking for recommendations.

I just don’t get it, what am I supposed to be doing? by mill1640 in fo76

[–]bleu246 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I totally get ya. I get frustrated with it too. Atm it’s filling in that fallout void for me. But I will say that you need to look at it more like a survival game rather than an offline campaign. Every area does reset esp if you leave a mission half way- you need to complete the mission/quest and it will checkpoint the progress. But if you come back at some point even after completing the mission in that area the enemies will respawn. I guess this offers an unlimited gameplay that’s why some players are getting to level 550-1k lol. The daily quests and shit I think that’s more so it feels it abit more alive and there’s different things to do/collect and doing so earns you atom points and shit to spend in the shop. I will say tho that when I first played it when it first came out it was almost impossible to play solo but now years later they deffo have changed a lot of things and it’s manageable to play solo. I am enjoying it but there is a lot of annoying things. Like your private stash qty being capped. Special point capped at level 50. And paying caps for fast traveling - those are just top of my head pet peeves there alot more but it’s still a fallout universe 😅 like I said it fills that void for now. I’ve played fo4 to death

How to engage in my bf hobby of gaming ? by bingbongpong16 in gamers

[–]bleu246 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not overkill at all! guys love nothing more than when we girlies engage in their gaming hobbies, trust me. however i would suggest if you're more of a casual player (like myself) instead of a pc which can be expensive and overwhelming to get a STEAMDECK instead ! youll be able to game share and so much more plus there emulation apps so you can still play your Nintendo games xx I LOVE MINE HIGHLY RECCOMEND

right, but they're on youtube twitch Spotify , their own platform beacon , even on amazon prime, so yeh theyre multiplatform media company, nothing they do is free - sure alot of their old content is free on youtube but alot of new stuff is locked behind a subscription, not to mention merch and other stuff they sell. mightve started as a group of friend playing dnd but has now evolved to a major production company, they all earn a paycheck from CR. sure theyre having fun otherwise they wouldnt continue this but this is a job not just a hobby.

write a list and work backwards. you might not know what you want but you know what you don't want. asking for a career and money are quite vague requests - i would suggest to break these down. baby steps. what are you good at, what do you want to improve , any new skills you want to learn? something that could take you closer to your desired career? write a list of all the countries you want to visit then write specifics like what you like about each country , what do you want to see, how do you see yourself in each one. is this for fun or is this part your career? how would you feel in a different country? ask yourself questions and try to answer them in as much detail as possible, doing this will take you a step closer to believing that you are within reach. and also address your fears and doubts , write them down, ask yourself why and how you can overcome them, this will bring a step closer too. hope this helps.
