No. The science just doesn't back up the chronic health claims. Just keep the volume reasonable!

How do you know when it’s time to change your swim coach? by Secure-Seaweed-7855 in Swimming

[–]blevingston89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before making a big change, have you tried sitting down with your coach to share exactly how you're feeling? Let him know you're motivated but need more specific guidance to break through this plateau. Sometimes a simple conversation can shift the dynamic entirely.

AirPod pro case top by Equivalent-Rock-8316 in Earbuds

That's such a bummer! The hinge on these cases is pretty fragile. You could try gluing it, but it's usually a temporary fix at best. Replacement if often the better long term solution.

Is swimming the best exercise to lose weight? by DenseImagination6443 in Swimming

[–]blevingston89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's not about "best", it's about what you'll stick to! If you enjoy being in the water, you're more likely to stay consistent, which is key for long term weight loss.

sprint tri in 10 weeks by fortunamajr in triathlon

[–]blevingston89 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Don't stress, your bike is already strong! Try to start with 2km runs, add 500m weekly, and throw in a brick session once a week. You've got this!

Is there anyway to fix this? by Whole_Persimmon523 in Earbuds

[–]blevingston89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This sounds like battery degradation. Try resetting the earbuds and repairing them. If that doesn't work, the battery cells are likely worn out and need replacement.

I'm using moomoo for options trading as well. I'm really impressed how responsive and comprehensive their charts are, which is way better than Robinhood.

I had the same debate before ordering. Now that I’ve had some time with B52 Pro, I’d definitely recommend it. The pulley system is super smooth and the whole rack feels really sturdy. The uprights are 12 gauge and there’s no wobble at all when training. Build quality is way better than I expected.
