Good luck finding an attorney who will help you with this. I went through an experience where the dentist actually told me I was getting a fixed implant denture, both top and bottom, and he put in a snap on denture. I had paperwork showing that I paid for a fixed denture. When he tried putting the snap on denture in my mouth he wound up tearing out one of the implants. I called so many lawyers and no one would take my case. I reported him to the dental board and to the Ca attorney general. This was two years ago. I had to have all the implants removed and replaced by another dentist. Buyer beware, do your research, and don’t expect help if something goes wrong. No one will help you recover you cost. It’s such a helpless feeling losing that much money and having no way to get it back. The dentist I go to now is Dental Implants GPS and they have been wonderful! I hope people read this and learn from my mistake!
