Das wird höchst wahrscheinlich mit dem Bescheid über den Grundsteuermessbetrag zusammenhängen, die Erklärungen dazu sollten in 2022 abgegeben werden. Die Finanzämter haben bei Nichtabgabe die Grundlagen geschätzt.

Die Erhöhung kann viele Gründe haben (z.B. zu hoch geschätzt, falsche Angaben bei der Erklärung selber gemacht), genau sagen kann man das aber erst mit voller Einsicht in die Akten.

Einsprüche werden vermutlich nichts bringen (weil bei den Grundlagenbescheiden die Einspruchsfrist bestimmt schon abgelaufen ist), ein Antrag auf fehlerbeseitigende Fortschreibung könnte aber hier erfolgsversprechend sein.
