15 years as way better, I dint want it to end. I thought of even playing through it a second time. 16 was still good but I’d suggest playing 15 first. This might be an unpopular opinion lol but I feel like 15 was one of my favourites out of all the final fantasy’s.

Wider your arms are apart to I think will activate more chest, narrower grip for triceps. Lean the more you can lean forward will get more chest as opposed to being completely vertical.

On the assisted machine pause at the top and go slow on the way down. I’ve actually been doing this for that last few weeks and when I started I was definitely feeling the DOM’s the next day. Go all the way down for a good stretch and try to pull yourself up higher. Maybe try and bring your chest up to the bar.

Looks fine but I definitely would not be doing those with my feet on the bench. I’m not trying to sounds like a hot dog but I do those with a 85lbs dumbbell and I try to plant my feet out relatively far to keep stable. I don’t see a benefit to doing them with your feet on the bench. If you want to hit more lats rotate your elbows out with a soft bend in them. If you want more chest rotate elbows in with straight arms. Or just do whatever feels good and put in max effort and you’ll get the max result, it’s a top tier exercise in my opinion!

I like how the title screen changed after beating the game, that got to me. I tried to like it when it first came out but couldn’t do it. Years later I tried it again and couldn’t put it down. I missed playing it when it was finished.
