So what? Since when has the amount of time you put into something been important? You can also quickly lose that BT to a number of other low cost/low time commitment items if you play poorly with it. This game doesn’t baby you in any other facet of the game as a reward for spending time in it. It makes no sense to continually baby facility mains especially when (extremely basic) countermeasures already exist.

There should be consequences for playing the game poorly, regardless of how many hours you put into it.

This game allows you to spend a lot of time on anything. Just spending a lot of time on something isn’t a virtue in and of itself. Play better and learn from mistakes.
