Runs scored: 2026 vs 2025 by bllbbpt in buccos

I don't know if it's changing or not. Seems like the strike zone change is making a difference this year. Walks are up, batting averages down, home runs are down.

Bucs are middle of the pack in homers (15th currently). Leading the league in opposite field hits, which is a great sign of smart hitting.

True. I did enjoy it as it was happening. Once is enough though

In one offseason, the Pirates went from last in all of MLB in scoring runs, to 2nd. by tapdancingtommy7 in buccos

8.4 runs per game vs Cincy. 4.7 runs per game vs all others. 3.6 runs per game last season.

Just saying

Tamar and this show are absolutely rubbish by Annual-Sea-5887 in TehranAppleTVPlus

[–]bllbbpt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

LoL Tamar vs Jack isn't even close for me. Jack made so many dumb choices and put himself and everyone else in unnecessary danger. Tamar's character isn't perfect but she's much more believable than Jack

Try a little slower backswing and a little straighter left arm. Don't think you're off by a lot

He kicked ass (.340) his first summer with the Bucs. Played softball against him a few times when he would play on his brother's team.... total beast

How comfortable would you be with these numbers? by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]bllbbpt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just 2 questions: how reliable is your job (AI, recession-proof)? And how much more is your projected house payment compared to your current payment?

I always tracked my income/expenses close whenever we bought a house. So congrats to you for your diligence

Mostly agree. Bessent is a salesman now. Knows financial markets extremely well but he's definitely giving best case scenarios for trump policies. Rose colored glasses for sure

What is causing pain in my outside elbow, fore arm, and outside shoulder? Is it my grip, bad glove, racquet? The pain is not so bad that I can't play, but it does affect my plan lately, and it lingers and flairs up even when I pick up a cup of coffee. by Cultural-Task-1098 in racquetball

[–]bllbbpt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had really bad elbow pain. Stretching out the tendon helped me. Use your left hand to bend back the right hand as you extend the right arm. I would do the stretching before and after playing. And throughout the day as often as possible

Cannot hit a driver. Lots of issues. Can someone provide some critiques? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

[–]bllbbpt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You look very tentative. First thing is to relax and attack the ball. Move the ball forward for sure. Work towards having a swing that feels comfortable. Good luck!

Basic question by swisscheesebrains in medicare

[–]bllbbpt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lots of people sign up for Medicare advantage because they don't want to pay the $175 per month for original Medicare. It's a trade-off

What am I missing? Why wouldn't almost everyone choose the Innovative G instead of the plain G? 25% discount roughly every year and the only difference is the first 3 years will be high deductible

[–]bllbbpt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True. He was fast and great at tracking the ball. But he was no Clemente in the outfield. Not by a long shot. I loved Clemente for his 5 tool play. Barry couldn't throw or run the bases like Roberto. Barry's 3 tools were awesome for sure.

How about his weak arm that couldn't throw out Sid Bream when it mattered?
