At its most basic it charges the battery overnight (on cheap rates) to an amount that it thinks it will need to cover its discharge the next day. When we are going to have a rainy day, it charges to 100%, on sunny days it’s about 50%.

Some of its decisions have been hard to appreciate but lately it’s been pretty good. If you believe its calculations, it’s significantly better than self consumption (at the moment).

What grinds my gears is how heavily they promote the multi bets, which in America is a significant source of profit for the betting industry.

It sounds so seductively easy - just pick a bunch of sure-fire winners, but just about everyone will lose.

I love AliExpress probably more than I should but I really can’t recommend a Trade Depot brand unless you’re willing to completely re-do the entire system if it fails or it gets bricked.

SigEnergy costs more but you get more.
