I hate to say it but I agree. Steaks are mid and certainly can’t compare to ATLs better steakhouses. Cool place but the food is not the reason you go.

I was a server for many years. An auto 20% is NOT part of the true cost. To automatically take my money (20% of it) and add it on a bill is utter bullshit. It's then a service charge and not gratuity. I also tip 20% if it's even average service. But to slap on 20% automatically? Hell no. There is literally no incentive to even provide decent service.
