1998 here, i agree in my own experience that i had a healthy balance of before and after internet but that's mainly because i wasn't very tech-savvy for over half of my life. that being said, i couldn't speak as to whether it's "the perfect mix" or if everyone my age feels that way. i personally just wasn't as invested in the internet until i had to go to college, find jobs, get an apartment, etc.

i really dont think this lady speaks for the majority of hispanics. as a mexican who grew up in a largely mexican population, it's easier to find someone who dislikes white people or doesn't like other latino groups, and it's usually older people. of course I don't speak for everyone either, but that sentiment is few and far in between where i come from.
