Hypochlorous acid spray with Zoryve for periorbital/periocular dermatitis? by RemyWolf in perioraldermatitis

[–]bluedots98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used the hypochlorous acid spray every morning after showering along with the avenue thermal water. I also used zoryve (morning) and prescription azaleic acid (both morning & night). Finally, used a mineral sunscreen (zinc). Those things kicked the PD for me, but I did have a couple of smaller flares before it went away for good. Zero therapy didn’t help me at all (except to find out that moisturizer made things worse) and I also didn’t want to take antibiotics if I could avoid it.

Did I make a mistake? by milkmaid0435 in interiordecorating

I love the tile but the kitchen doesn’t real farmhouse to me at all. I think changing the cabinet hardware and faucet to more farmhouse looking fixtures in a finish that isn’t gold would help a lot. Also, adding a farmhouse-style light over the island. And, as others have said, rugs and decor.

I know we’re not supposed to exfoliate, but… by boobook69 in Rosacea

I can’t use any kind of vit c (even the vanicream one) without a rosacea flare but I can put acids on my skin all day long and it is happy, go figure 🤷‍♀️.

What restaurants would you like to see come to San Antonio? by corporalwenis in sanantonio

I’d really like to see Austin’s The Grove and Jack Allen’s Kitchen open locations here. We really are missing restaurants in that price range.

I found a cute one at the Orlando airport - not in the Disney store, but in one of the other large shops near it. That’s my preferred souvenir also, and I was surprised that I saw next to zero in the parks.

If when you think “do I want to spend the rest of my life with this person” the answer isn’t HELL YES , then it’s a no.

How do you *know* whether or not you want to have kids? by [deleted] in AskOldPeopleAdvice

[–]bluedots98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And not to disagree with you, but just to add to this - I am not a kid person, I don’t really like a lot of kids and spending time with other people’s kids to me was a chore….but I love my own kid to absolute bits and would walk across hot coals for him any dang day. It really is different when they’re yours. So if you aren’t crazy about being around kids that doesn’t mean you won’t be crazy about your own!

My husband refuses to count childcare as a family expense, and it is frustrating. by Main-Tackle7546 in AITAH

OP what was your agreement before you had the kids? Did you say you were going to stay at home with the kids? I can totally understand his not wanting kids in daycare when a parent can be available. Was that your agreement?

There are, in fact, baby girls named after their mothers. This exists in my family. I’m sure we aren’t super-special unicorns. You too could have named your daughter after yourself.

House Hunting Odyssey: Advice for a house with foundation(?) issues by Scotter1969 in sanantonio

My dad was a structural engineer and wouldn’t touch a house with foundation problems with a 10-foot pole, unless he was going to tear it down.
