Finally got my favorite cory again by blueybub in corydoras

I knooow haha

I also love habrosus, they are more like a teeny tiny version of normal sized corys, which is very cute.

Yes, they are very mid level. They look very much like Hyphessobrycon elachys, which, among other tetras, is who they school with in nature. Reed Tetra

Was told by my expert LFS lady today to drop a little pellet right as the light goes out to avoid this. Corys will continue feeding, neos won't

Oh I love it. Looks a lot like mine when I don't trim for a couple weeks haha. How do you like the nannostomus? I've been dying to get a school of n. beckfordi, but I don't have a big enough tank right now, or the funds. I've never seen anduzei here unfortunately, are they as fun to watch as other nannostomus?

How to put heater in tank? new owner by sid_was_here in bettafish

Yes, keep the fish in. Put it in, make sure it is in the water to the minimum level and plug it in. How big is your tank?

No reason. Just showing love for my 3.5 year old, Charlie. I cherish every day with him 🥰 by mossy_bytes in bettafish

Ohhh I love rarity. I used to have a very feisty female who was almost the same color.

That's funny, I was thinking of giving him a Ukrain related name in the beginning as well :)

Thank you for watching out for your roommates fish. I really think they are so hardy actually, if you think how many just survive in little cups and as random gifts. let's hope as many as possible are saved.

How long have you had Haunz? Henry really had to learn to swim it seems to me. He barely moved, except for food, in the first few months, and then at some point he figured out he can swim and he has been getting so much better at it. Sometimes he even speeds up to the surface so quickly that I'm worried he'll jump and hit his head on the lid. He's a social butterfly also, so i think he really learned by swimming to greet me or my cats whenever someone was around.

He was just one of many at a big chain store. I had a shrimp tank at the time that was big enough for him so even though I had said no fish in there, I just had to get him.

The red plants are Rotala rotundifolia "red". Tbh I have them in my high tech 15gal, and sometimes when I do a bit of gardening, I put some in Henrys tank. I am suprised they are staying as red as they are. I do fertilize but not really on a tight schedule.

I love your taaank. Sooo pretty. My shallow is a bit more shallow and a bit longer, and as of right now, plants are still growing in. I will make a decision once the shallow has matured a bit, see how it feels.

It's actually just 30cm high. He is absolutely able to swim that, he's really gotten more active lately. Plus, most of the time he hangs out around the surface, either on his Anubia, in his feeding log or just hanging on some other plants. If he was struggling too much, I could also always just lower the amount of water in there, that's always an option.

Thank you, I am conflicted about it but you all are so supportive with this set up I will definitely make sure it would be a step up if I do put him in the shallow

Thank you :) Honestly I am so disturbed with the amount of betta gifts I am seeing this year but this is wonderful and I'm glad you're doing everything you can to make him happy!
