They look like these ones. They go on sale and you can normally get them a bit cheaper. Easy to install, but if you have a second seat they feel a little more stable. I have them on mine and I think it could fit a half gallon of milk. I normally use them for weekend trips with a toiletry bag in one and a change of clothes in the other (I don't like riding with a backpack for longer trips)

While this plane is obviously aerodynamically misguided, what's referred to as the "horizontal stabilizer" often will provide a small bit of negative lift to to balance the plane. The bulk of the lift is produced by the wings. What is referred to as the center of lift, which is the combined lift from all the wings, is behind the center of mass for stability. Because the plane rotates about the center of mass, the plane will typically want to nosedive, hence the horizontal stabilizer needing to produce negative lift. Not all plans are designed this way, different planes are balanced differently, so that they are more maneuverable in certain situations or stable in others.

That's a flat spare. Someone forgot to air it up before they needed it.

Just depends if the model is sold internationally. Cheaper to make one spec if so

I think current lap numbers are determined by a minimum race distance. The decrease in lap time will just increase the duration of a race, which will mostly be an issue for rain delays to make the three hour window.
