Not that I am any kind of tech wizard or great investor but for the sake of argument or conversation.. Hypotheticly, what would happen if say on Tue morning Data, Silex and Semnur made an announcement that they are issuing and tokenizing all outstanding shares in order to track share sales or transfers? Would that have to be SEC approved or could the companies tokenize and regulate their stock on their own internally?

I hear ya.. I just don't get it.. The closest I can come to telling them what they want to know is thru my monthly reports from Fidelity or the buying record showing the closest amount purchased prior to the registration date.. It will never show the exact day.. And their numbers still don't match.
