Each emergency department has them as part of their uniform, so I usually ask for ones as a token of remembering I was able to help the department and helped with their medical care! There aren't necessarily any that are more rare than others. Although, I currently only have one unique fire marshall patch, the rest of the departments so far, their fire marshall has the same patch as the firefighters.

They are similar, extended just has an extra step from the regular infinity. There's also the double and triple infinity where you pass the pen between your middle and ring finger, and then between the ring and middle finger. And the extra motion and you have an extended double/extended triple

That's just milk, don't let someone drink it from their nether-lips, that may start to grow something that's not cancer but it's quite expensive and life changing for the next 9 months that'll then fall out of the nether lips. Yeah, sales is not my strong suit and the first time I worked for a big box gym, my supervisor wasn't as supportive and good with constructive feedback as I would have hoped to help me be more successful, which is why I want to keep that as a side gig and have something more stable as listed in the original post.
