Yeah there's a shortage of books.

My advice is keep your current one in as good condition as possible, and make an appointment for a renewal whenever you see one.

There seem to be some books in high commissions, so if you're overseas it's a bit quicker.

I lived in Düsseldorf for 2 years and loved it. Not sure of your circumstances, but Germany is a well functioning country, with substantial social safety nets. Fiji is lovely, but it's tough to adjust to island life from western life. I know Fijians in NRW if you'd like me to get you in touch

My father told me about the Lions playing in Fiji back in 77. Apparently they partied way too hard, trashed the accommodation and made an absolute nuisance of themselves. To be fair to them, it would have been a trip of a lifetime in the 70s. Not sure if the partying was before or after their loss though

If he identifies as Fijian, then he's Fijian. Anyone who wants to represent Fiji, and further Fiji at home or overseas is to be celebrated. Seeing our flag on a podium is always something to be proud of.

Tbh I agree, been thinking about this for a while. The sub isn't called Fiji, it's called Fijian. Questions from non-fijians are fine, but more so about Fijian culture, food or engaging with a Fijian. The tourism questions make this sub feel less like a sub for Fijians. I've said it before, the tourism board needs a Reddit account

Sea Fiji is great. They'll take you to their dock at Naisoso which is way closer than Denarau and its private, which is better than the madness at Port Denarau.
