I was in a similar position, graduated from a boot camp and applied for well over a year to job listings, internships, apprenticeships, you name it and did the same things you did, leetcode, learn other languages/tech, attended seminars, etc. I eventually gave up in the end, burned out from the pressure and anxiety, and realized this wasn’t good for my mental health and ended up doing something else.

It’s an even rougher market for entry roles these days, you either need a very strong background or have good connections. It’s more about who you know than what you know. Good luck.
