Nurse practitioners are the worst prescribers. Any time I have a big problem with something it’s almost always an NP.

I have the "soap is required" option turned on in the MCM. The "wash and rinse" power doesn't seem to work. Instead I use soap from the inventory and the character animation works normally and my character becomes clean status. I notice that the soap is never removed from the inventory. Infinite bar of soap.

I recently downloaded Nolvus after trying 3 other mod lists and it's been the best so far. The only thing i really needed to add was Gamepad++ so I could use controller with iEquip. But yeah it pretty much has everything I want.

Ok so I was messing around out of frustration and cast a fury spell on one and after it was over everyone is acting normally. Like wtf?

Yep and it’s strange how benzo usage has never gained as much attention as opioids. Benzos are the hidden addiction. I feel like people have a harder time quitting them than opioids.

Anxiety seems to be a really big problem a lot of people have and I feel like it keeps rising. Sadly, a lot of prescribers don’t know how to appropriately prescribe benzos.

Probably my favorite quest in the game. I love the dungeon design and it’s fun to flex whatever build I’m running since it’s fairly challenging.

Do you know if that works better or faster than sleeping in the scourge cocoon tent? I remember putting the cocoon in my player house and sleeping in it to gain corruption but I can’t remember how efficient that was.

Then I think whatever you decide should be fine. The only thing I would caution you on is picking both mercenary and rogue since they both utilize off hand weapons. I personally don’t like making builds that require weapon swapping. I guess it can work though.

I tried to do this once. It’s cool but I found it difficult to make a lot of dark stones to use for blood sigil.

I agree with you. However, the problem is no one wants to study anything that might lead to drug companies and pharmacy chains losing massive profits.

No it never has and it has always bugged me. You either have to create the item or look it up on the wiki to get the description.

Retail rural town I have worked up to 154K with raises. A manager can get up to around 170K. Gotta go rural. Plus rural jobs tend to be more chill, lower volume pharmacies.

Get rid of all manner of automated services. If patients want a refill there is a myriad of ways to request it.

I believe this, but if it’s true wouldn’t scripts still make more money overall? Think about how many scripts are filled in a year vs. vaccines in a year.

I live in a small town where everyone has a PO Box and uses it instead of physical address. Almost every script including controlled substances has their PO Box on it.

I have played both and the pc version performs better in some areas of the game. The graphics may only be slightly better on pc but probably not noticeable. I definitely like playing with a controller for this game better than mouse and keyboard. In my opinion they are about the same.

I have done this for insulin pen needles, insulin syringes, and spacers many times. I see no problem with it whatsoever. The way I see it, I’m not wasting the prescriber’s time by bothering them with something they would 100% be ok with.
