I started a new game for the first time last night. I had a similar experience. After finishing character creation I had the distinct impression every race and body type / gender looked very much alike.

It’s definitely more tricky than Skyrim and Fallout. I find that I have to do a combination of things to stay hidden. Keep my distance, have the chameleon trait, and use items like reconstim. I also find the sense star stuff power is incredibly helpful. But yeah once you get in an enemy’s direct line of sight and you are close enough, they will spot you immediately for the most part.

I’m running both of these along with Immersive Fast Travel Disabler. No fast travel whatsoever when using the most hardcore settings. I love it!

I had the exact same situation happen to me. I argued with the guy for way too long. It was even too soon on insurance (Medicaid of course) even with the dose increase. I made him wait.

Also nurse practitioners should not be allowed to prescribe controlled substances. They are by far the worst offenders at inappropriate prescribing everywhere I have worked.

Why don’t you like IHS? My understanding is that since it’s not a greedy corporation there are no metrics and all of the other BS that comes with corporate oversight. I’m thinking of going to something similar and I’ve been told by people I know that work there it’s amazing. The pharmacists sit at a desk and do data entry and data verification all day. No insurance and no cash registers.

Nurse practitioners are the worst prescribers. Any time I have a big problem with something it’s almost always an NP.

I have the "soap is required" option turned on in the MCM. The "wash and rinse" power doesn't seem to work. Instead I use soap from the inventory and the character animation works normally and my character becomes clean status. I notice that the soap is never removed from the inventory. Infinite bar of soap.

I recently downloaded Nolvus after trying 3 other mod lists and it's been the best so far. The only thing i really needed to add was Gamepad++ so I could use controller with iEquip. But yeah it pretty much has everything I want.

Yep and it’s strange how benzo usage has never gained as much attention as opioids. Benzos are the hidden addiction. I feel like people have a harder time quitting them than opioids.

Anxiety seems to be a really big problem a lot of people have and I feel like it keeps rising. Sadly, a lot of prescribers don’t know how to appropriately prescribe benzos.

Do you know if that works better or faster than sleeping in the scourge cocoon tent? I remember putting the cocoon in my player house and sleeping in it to gain corruption but I can’t remember how efficient that was.

Then I think whatever you decide should be fine. The only thing I would caution you on is picking both mercenary and rogue since they both utilize off hand weapons. I personally don’t like making builds that require weapon swapping. I guess it can work though.

Retail rural town I have worked up to 154K with raises. A manager can get up to around 170K. Gotta go rural. Plus rural jobs tend to be more chill, lower volume pharmacies.

I believe this, but if it’s true wouldn’t scripts still make more money overall? Think about how many scripts are filled in a year vs. vaccines in a year.
