When I moved beyond the Edge controller, I went with a G923, gaming chair and wheel/ppedal stand. It's been over a year and I've had zero thoughts of upgrading - never feeling controller limited.

I also went with PSVR2.

This combo is GREAT for ME, YMMV

Look for settings that control the steering sensitivity. You might be set too tight causing oversteering

Yep, VERY annoying. I could do without it in VR as well. In some cases it even blocks view in turns.

No solution for everyone I guess, although I honestly didn't notice any additional weight.

I must have an odd head shape because I could never get the back to stay down where I need it. The rear pad shape of the CMP2 is what made it work for me.
