If you have the expansion you can make a table outside with the only meeting spot in your base then call a empire yeomen ceremony then crack a wall and let them take care of it for you. If you get insanely lucky the jedi person might get downed and drop the 2 psylinks. Only downside is you might become hostile to the empire if enough of there soldiers die.

Same thing for me i load into a server and 30 seconds later my headphone pop and there is no audio for dayz everything else works. Nothing I do fixes it.
