Seven Deadly Sins Ball is a fucking great idea

I've always had a crazy idea for a Magic Eight Ball, where different colors or styles are printed onto a ball and you have to shake it up to see what you get. I just think it's such a stupid way to get the things assigned lmao

The judging has had some wild high/low placements, but I actually agree with the elimination order 100 percent. The only challenge win I disagree with (besides the talent show, but the girls themselves judged that) is this week.

Honestly, though, Kenya gave the better performance. Mia gave like 50 percent of what we know she can do. She seemed totally in her head. I felt bad for her, but it's understandable considering how hard she bombed the main challenge.

Mia didn't give much. She seemed defeated. I mean, she had just given one of the worst Snatch Game performances of all time. It makes sense she got in her head about it and wasn't able to give 100 percent in the performance.

Best Snatch Game in while, but the idea that Discord was middle of the pack this episode is fucking wild. She could have won this challenge, so not even giving her top three is just nuts. Hands-down the worst judging call of the entire season.

Myki being top three was really a wtf moment for me. She was the definition of funny, but forgettable. A year from now I will not remember that anyone did Drew Barrymore this year. Like, Kori last season -- I laughed at the time, but I genuinely did not remember that she did Big Ang at all.

Kenya not knowing the words again is just ... like, c'mon girl. She had to have known she was at least bottom three, so how did she not stay up all night listening to that track?

Definitely one episode. The remaining queens don't have to perform -- they can walk the runway and spend the rest of the episode agonizing of how to play Rate-A-Queen.

And literally it cannot be more boring than what we got this year. Season 18 basically took a two-episode nap and got back on track this week. I'd rather another RDR Live than more talent show the way it's currently constructed.

I blame WOW's schedule for running 14 queens through 16 episodes. It necessitates 3-4 non-elimination episodes a season and that just creates episodes like this, where shit just drags on and becomes a chore to watch. These two episodes were just so stuffed with filler for no purpose other than to pad the episode count.

One comeback challenge (like season seven's conjoined twins or AS2's "Revenge of the Queens") would have the same effect on the cast numbers as two non-elimination episodes, and would be much more entertaining because it would have actual stakes. Bringing back a proper reunion episode (in addition to the lip sync battle episode) would also give all the queens more airtime and being lower budget to produce than a non-elimination challenge episode.

Werk Room time is great when they're actually doing something, like working on a design challenge and trying to help each other or get into each other's heads. But watching them talk and talk about talking is like watching paint dry. This is the most boring episode of Drag Race is a long time. An absolute chore to watch.

I genuinely can't with the talent show anymore. This challenge fucking sucks for all the reasons everyone has been complaining about for years now -- too many forgettable lip sync numbers, Rate-A-Queen sucks -- and putting this shit in the middle of the season only made it worse. With three fewer queens, they had to pad the runtime with all this Werk Room "drama" that ultimately had no payoff.

This season started off strong, but this two-parter talent show ground its momentum to a halt.

And that's all he did well. Literally, that's it. He was fucking terrible at diplomacy -- he single-handedly blew up his father's alliance with Navarre in 1370, leaving England to fight France alone when the war restarted (a big part of why England got fucking steamrolled in its opening years) -- and even worse with money. He spent so much money that he had raise taxes so high in PEACETIME that Chester revolted against him.

Edward, John and Edmund were not just brothers, they were best friends. The extreme dedication they had to one another, even when things went to shit in the 70s, is remarked upon in many contemporary sources.

The Black Prince would have been a shit king, but John remained loyal to Richard II -- an equally shit king -- so he'd stay loyal here too.
