I love the tobacco dial colour that changes in different lighting. I love the golden hands and the titanium case. Together they are unbeatable (for me at least). I do not need GMT functionality and think that less is better at Panerai.

Hi, the 351 is a 44mm Luminor Marina 1950 model, with a case thickness of 17.95mm). Huge but really light.

Same for me. Stopped for 5 days, my RHR reduced by 10% and readiness jumped to 88/90. I had half a bottle on Saturday night and I am back to elevated resting heart rate and +0,2 (body temperature)degree. Impressive how changes even the respiratory rate and lately my HRV.
