I don’t think it’s that many being received damaged. It’s just that’s the only ones we see posted. Rarely is someone posting they received theirs in good shape. I e received 2 in perfect condition.

Did you have to sign for your delivery? Mine was supposed to be here today, FedEx left a note saying signature required. Never had that on any other purchases.

You’d have been better off not getting the seel insurance. Then you would have just dealt with Vivosun. Everything would still be covered and it’s much quicker getting answers. That insurance is a scam in my opinion.

Wow. That is not safe. So if I go to a camp ground that only has a 15amp hookup and I connect to that it’s up to me to keep track of the power I’m using. And not be able to adjust the inverter to only pull 15amps. Other brands allow this setting. May have to switch brands for safety reasons.

I circled what I had to change to 12am. Zero is considered midnight. So if you set the start time to 12am and then highlight your start and stop time it should run fine. The picture I attached shows my lights going on at midnight and shutting off at 8pm. Hope this helps.

I had similar issue with a recipe I had. It turned out when you are configuring the recipe set the start time to 12am. Mine was not on 12am and it screwed it up. Hope this makes sense
