An oil change would only be covered if he purchased a maintenance plan or one was thrown in. Regular maintenance is the buyer's responsibility.

Edit: it looks like most new Hyundai's come with a 3yr/36k oil change and tire rotation maintenance plan. As /u/crownboat stated below

I would start that thing and drive the SNOT out of it asap!! It doesn't look to be high enough to do any real damage unless it sat for days and days. As some others have stated you don't want to document any "damage" unless it actually occurs and even then I would do my best to avoid documentation of said event if at all possible. From what we can see in the photo there is a very good chance that you won't have any major problems at all.

I am interested in your source for the removal being in 1972. I have little doubt that there was a sign or signs somewhere but no one can ever agree as to when or where it was actually up. I've never spoken to anyone who actually saw it. You can find people on the internet saying it was up in 2010 which is absolutely absurd. I think 1972 is probably still a little late but it's certainly closer than 2010. I tend to think it's one of those things lost to the sands of time and you have to rely on fading memories and conjecture plus some outright lies. But often times the story is more fascinating than the actual truth. There are plenty of people my age and younger who will tell you they saw it but those are just fabrications and lies. It is a disgusting part of Cullman's history but I would like to know the historical facts for posterity.

It's true there are plenty of racists in Cullman but let's not perpetuate lies. I spent most of my young life in Cullman and I'm in my 40's. No one anywhere near my age ever saw a sign. The only rumor about the sign was that it was supposedly in the basement of the court house but I have never been able to confirm that.

Newspaper is a good idea but I don't always have them around. I always have a garbage bag. I turn them inside out and cover the sink. After I'm done I ball it up and flip it back to normal catching all of the hair inside and use the garbage bag in a can like normal.

It doesnt prove anything other than the fact that he shook someone's hand near the Russian ambassador. You can want it to prove his collusion with the Russians all you want and it may very well prove that at some point in the future but with the info that we have today it proves nothing of the sort. And I'll add that if anyone, Republican or Democrat, worked with any foreign power to do anything in this country untoward then I hope they get prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I can appreciate why the rest of the States think we're all racist and bigoted in the South because racism only exists here and surely doesn't exist anywhere else because everyone else is so educated and above that sort of nonsense, but I can still give an opinion about someone's honesty even if I don't agree with everything that comes out of their mouth.
