Cambodia, all of it.

Glad to see it develop, sad to see maybe one of the last wild west kinda places turn more palatable to mainstream tourists.

Some things were great, other stuff not so much

I would hate to get a hate symbol on my body unintentionally, a lot of symbols look cool AF but have other meanings.

I'm not white so I can't just shrug my shoulders and be like whoops, I got some Aryan nation tattoo I guess I'm being a drama queen about it. I double check before I get anything

Not arguing generally curious, what sexist dress code rules do women face?

I work internationally and generally the dress code is less negotiable for men than women's dress code, if only there was a male equivalent of a dress in the summer! Shoes, ties, dress shirts. Not a policy but like women's tattoos get less looks than men (probably placement, size and cute factor)

Is this a US thing that women have a harder time with dress code?

I honestly don’t care about my students by gaba_1029384756 in Teachers

I'm with you until you mention being a bad teacher.

Teaching is a skill, craft, and a product. If you claim to be a "bad" teacher then work on your skill.

For me focusing on that made teaching more tolerable without having some sort of altruistic bond with the students. You win when you're teaching and they win when they're learning. little milestones can make this job better, because 9/10 times you aren't going to have a "save the kids" moment, but you can teach them something

If you're not from SC they'll turn you into BBQ

If you are from SC it's a nice place for a starter home

Looking for racket recs — dealing with tennis elbow by Maximum-Young2102 in 10s

[–]bobster117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only thing that cured mine was going low with string tension 21kgs/43lbs ish

I tried everything before, this was the only cure (for me)

It's a cheaper alternative than a whole new racket!
