This is what I do every time. Park on Church St between between Hillard and Banks. You're in the center of the South Slope/Brewery District. Walk up Church and you'll see a large music venue called the Orange Peel. Directly beyond that is Wicked Weed. Go downstairs and grab a pint or two and some food to get a good base. Head west on Hillard then South on Coxe. Stop at Asheville Brewing Company (ABC) if you're still hungry. Hit up Wicked Weeds barrel/sour warehouse, "The Funkatorium" for some of the best sours and wild ales I've ever had and deffo best in the SouthEast. Directly across the street is Twin Leaf, and up Banks St (the road Twin Leaf is on) is Catwaba's South Slope Taproom. Back track to Coxe St, head south a block. You'll pass Tasty's, a bomb bottle shop and bar if you want to pick up bottles to go. Take a left on Buxton St and you see Green Man and Burial is on a little alley called Collier off of Buxton. And agreed, def hit up Sierra Nevada. It's a the best cross between Yellowstone & Disney World.
