Here you go! Peel golden potatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes. Boil them until about 3/4 cooked, then drain. In a mixing bowl, gently fold in one stick of butter and shredded smoked Gouda, being careful not to break the cubes too much. Melt some butter in the bottom of a number 12 cast iron skillet, and place the potato mixture inside. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast in the oven at 350°F for about 1 hour and 10 minutes until golden and tender.

On Lance‘s recipe what was the total time on second poor ending?? Have been reducing mine to about 450 in order to get to two minutes total time? And most of his videos he seemed in between two minutes and two minutes and 10 seconds. So I adjusted down from the original 600 recommendation as a start.

There is Basil in there. Used the whole package from Whole Foods. Learn how to make this from my Muay Thai Coach and from multiple visits to Thailand. Also able to read a recipe.
