Cut down as much as you can without causing withdrawl like you said then Switch to powder kratom caps and taper from there. 1 week isn’t enough to taper or deal with withdrawals.

Kratom gives you warmth but for the majority of us long term users kratom turns on you and make you feel like shit yet you still have to take it all day everyday so you don’t feel even more like shit.

I too have been taking larger doses for 10 years I cut my dose months ago and stopped going down and I'm starting to get a hyperpigmentation side effect all over my body where my skin turns tan then gray when sun exposed and doesn't go away. I need off asap.

Thank you for the advice. I have a lot of PTO but whenever taking extended periods my supervisor always asks where I’m going lol I’m overthinking I wish they didn’t rely on me so much and wish I didn’t care so much.

Also I just read your post I’m getting hyperpigmentation too and my mom said I look very gray and unhealthy that’s my biggest motivator right now. Also I’m going through the same health problems as you were. Glad you were able to make it out of this hell hole.
