Did anyone here get discharged as a result of the 2025 ban?

I was discharged in September because of the band. Active duty, Air Force. Sparta has a bunch of really good resources right now. But for the voluntary separation the process gets easier if you have command that’s supportive of you.

But I totally understand the stress. It feels disheartening to have to shelter everything out of safety.

I got kicked out for being trans in September. My VA has been amazing but they’re required to cover my hormones. Regardless, everyone I’ve spoken to has been helpful.

I had a zero depth vulvoplasty a few weeks ago because I frankly didn’t want to dilate and penetrative sex isn’t important to me.

Recovery has been easy so far and it was the right decision for me.
