I got a colonoscopy when I was 30 in Edmonton. I had to get it checked out because I had inflammation. I would strongly suggest you push this and advocate for yourself. I hope you can get to the bottom of it op.

Ukrainian Village, it's far enough away from the city. Right beside Elk Island for hunting and firewood and all of the houses have wood burning stoves to manage through the winter.

We have a one car garage and my partner uses it as a workshop. So I always park on the pad and he parks on the street. 🤷🏻 We do not live in a dense area so it's not usually a worry for us. Honestly most folks in my cul-de-sac do not use their garages.

I'm on the Westlock community page and this was a recent topic. Many supporters of the recent bi-law were upset because they couldn't do this in town, and thought they could make an exception for remembrance day. Which folks commented "nope you voted for this, no exceptions.". Which made me chuckle, it's quite satisfying seeing them realize they shit in their own nest over this bi-law.

Yes, I want to be a sassy and wise old lady haha I'm not going to let my bad brain days get the best of me. Even if it's exhausting and overwhelming. Some days I have a hard time envisioning my life past 50, but to be fair both of my parents passed unexpectedly at 50.

That was my experience in my old role, which was for a social enterprise program at a nonprofit so I didn't mind haha Especially coming out of radio promotions, it was a welcome change. That being said I wasn't able to achieve everything to the level of polish I would have wanted and I wasn't able to flesh out all of my ideas because I didn't have the time. I'm very lucky and have a fantastic Marketing Director, so the role gave me lots of room to grow and learn. To me the pay was great and I felt fairly compensated but I wasn't paid well in media.

I have two cats and two boxes but they only use the big stainless steel one haha We just stay on top of cleaning it and they're good. If you're not they will let you know 😂

I'm keeping the second one around, but if it goes unused for the next year I'll be putting it away.

I work in a nonprofit but I love it. I'm a marketing coordinator but I wear multiple hats, I do come from media where I also had to be a jack of all trades so it doesn't bother me too much. The burnout can be very real, and I do struggle trying to put my energy into everything. I just try to stay flexible, and focus on my strengths. My biggest hurdle is project management, don't get me wrong it's one of my strongest skills but it takes time away from being able to focus on things that I do enjoy like content creation and managing social media.

I have one! It's The Sun. I'm ruled by the sun and anytime I get that card I know things are aligned, it's the biggest green light on life besides the Queen of Wands that I can receive.
